I ordered a personalised elephant earlier this month (02/07)...really easy from start to finish. The online system is easy. Having placed my order, I realised I needed to make a small adjustment so emailed them.....sorted instantly, no hassle. Package arrived today (nice and secure), product is faultless. We purchased a personalised elephant for a newborn. I ordered it Sunday and it arrived Wednesday! So fast for a personalised item! It's brilliant quality, the words are actually stitched in not stuck on like other companies. I also made a slight error on the text I put, so I messaged them and they sorted it no problem, where you would usually not be able to do this. Will be buying from them again.

Having visited the store a number of times, I can say this is my absolute favourite place to go for christening gifts, both of my godchildren have had their gifts from there.
The staff were very knowledgeable and their embroider whilst you wait service is so handy. I can’t wait to go back!
