Would give this NO STARS if possible. Not a hire company but a broker as other reviewers have mentioned. Asked them repeatedly if they would subcontract to a different company and they said they would provide their own service. They lied, subcontracted to a company in birmingham and the service was awful, drunk driver, on his phone the whole journey. 2 hour journey took 6 hours. At time of booking i mentioned these reviews about them being brokers and was told that was pertaining to a previous company and this is a new company under same name, again, A LIE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Awful service, made a booking and it all ran smoothly as they ensured a coach will be found and fair to say I was delighted. However, the communication died out and they never picked up my phone call after attempting a dozen time, a couple of time it did go through and when I mentioned my booking they would suggest forwarding me to the person I made the booking with and then the phone would just hang up. I then rang from another number and this time i mentioned a booking and all of a sudden they became the "nice company" I dealt with earlier. Thank god there was an issue with my bankcard and therefore

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Booked a 66 seater to take my guests from Bristol to Newport an then a return for my wedding, they told me coach would be here an driver would call.
This did not happen leaving. My guests stranded I had to end up paying 1860 to transfer my guests via taxis because of this company please stay away from them.
I don’t understand how they could do this an get away with it.

Not an actual company at all, but a broker who takes your money and then contacts actual companies in an attempt to sub out your booking, which may or may not be successful. If not, you may not know about it until the minibus/ coach doesn't turn up on the day. Contact actual local companies only for better reliability and lower prices. Note also the 2 reviews from a Dave Harris....probably works for them.
