A Vauxhall Astra came into our workshop with the exhaust emission malfunction indicator on. The vehicle was driving with no problems experienced, however the owner wanted to get the problem fixed as it put doubt into their mind as to whether the car was reliable. This is very wise! So a check of the error code(s) stored in the computer that controls the engine returned an error code of P0170 Air/Fuel mixture lean.
Adams Auto is a class 4 DVSA approved testing station, meaning we test all passenger cars and light goods vehicles up to 3000kg (3 tonnes) in house. MOT testing is a legal requirement for all vehicles over three years old, with the purpose of making sure that your car meets the minimum safety requirements.

I bought a 2012 Nissan versa from Adams 2 months ago. Since then I've found that the transmission is severely damaged and it only shifts into 2nd gear. It will cost $3800 for repairs. I paid $6000 for the car. ... And now I'm stuck with a piece of junk car that I still owe for. Thanks Adams for selling me a lemon.

My son was going to purchase a car from them. He put 500.00 dollars down on this car on June 3rd 2021. The car had a airbag light that came on, so we didn't sign loan papers until the car got looked at. It never was looked at, Adams Garage was too busy or short staff to look at this car. I went back on Saturday to get my refund because we changed our mind of purchasing the car. Cass said I need to talk to Barbie on Monday. It was a very good experience, they readily handled any issues I had. Barbie and Cass worked very efficiently. I looked at it one day and took it home that evening. I went to Adam’s to purchase a car for my Wife’s birthday and the service was amazing. Everyone was easy going and I didn’t feel like I they were pressuring me into buy one of their vehicles. I went into Adam’s Auto with little hope of really being able to get a vehicle bc of my credit, but Barbie and Cass helped me tremendously and worked hard to be able to get me into the exact car that I fell in love with!
