My fiance and I went up to lch today to have a look at a vauxhall vivaro. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. The van was as per the advert, well priced and presented very nicely. I will certainly return in the future when I need an upgrade or a new car. A lovely genuine couple to deal with. This couple made the experience of buying a car the best I have ever had and I've bought a lot in the past 40 yrs. Paul was a pleasure to deal with. Warranty, AA cover and lot's of information.Mandy is a gem too, they couldn't do enough to help. They even dropped the car off for me 2hrs. Later so my wife didn't have to take me back up to the showroom.

I can't recommend LCH enough. The car is immaculate and drives brilliantly; I feel great confidence in the sale given that Paul and Mandy took their time to go through everything with no hard sell. I bought a Mercedes Vito van the advert said it was it in excellent condition and even mentioned things that the van didn't have like electric wing mirrors i bought the van after traveling 6 hours on the train to see it and 52 miles into my journey home the van went into limp mode i rang him he said to switch the engine on and off and it may reset i tried it didn't so i rang him back he said as long as the van is driving and there are no warning stop lights on i should get home in it. I did eventually get home 6.5 hours later at 45 -50 miles an hour he had reassured me that i could take
