Having stayed in many B&B establishments over thevyears, this one is outstanding in everyway. I travelled from Cardiff alone, nervous , etc found a fabulous couple whose home made me sleep better than I do in my own bed ! Don't believe the internet they are open and wonderful !!!! Had a lovely weekend stay at this charming hotel. The owners were very hospitable. The room was very clean cosy and comfortable. The full English breakfast. Was one the best I have ever had. I will will certainly stay there again. The room rates are very competitive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

A friend unfortunately booked 2 nights with them for a wedding - they didn’t turn the heating on almost both nights (first night at 12AM, second at 5AM after a sub 0 degrees night) also they didn’t accepted the card payment (as perious racist comments were predicting this). £40/night to stay in a cold, full of dog-hair unwelcoming place! Will never recommend.

The owner of this guest house is a cheat and takes advantage of people in difficult situation. I was in Leamington Spa for 4 months for work and was looking for a room to stay. Intially he offered me a room for 500 qwids monthly rent and 500 qwids deposit. After two days of me shifting in the room he suddenly asked me for 2000 qwids as advance payment for all 4 months. If I was not to pay that amount immediately then i was asked to leave the house the same evening. So, i paid him this amouny and frantically searched another house by evening and left his guest house. I was on work visa and did not
