When we ordered the bouncy castle - Princess Castle & Slide - we were told that if it was raining then we could cancel the order without penalty. Thankfully, this option was unnecessary.
The party was starting at 10 am and the delivery driver arrived at 9 am and quickly set up and inflated the castle. The castle certainly matched the picture on the website and it was clean and ready to use..
The kids loved it. Although we had considered keeping an eye on them, we quickly realised they were very safe, even the two-year-olds.
