Didn't realise that this company is an agent - thought l was getting a local service. Booking was confirmed, deposit paid and authorised and then they sent an email to say that they couldn't get a driver and that the booking was now cancelled! It is for a Christmas wedding - wrong time of year for drivers unfortunately!!

Absolutely terrible experience! Driver turned up he was unable to shut the mini bus boot so we had to put the suitcases on our lap. He was unsure how to start the mini bus and changed lanes without indicating several times on the motorway leading to other Motorists having to swerve to avoid crashing. He shouted at us that we must give him money for a toll charge despite having paid upfront. He also had to use our google maps as he didn’t know the way

Really disappointed with this company. I paid a deposit last week and now due to the lock down restriction being moved to the 19th July the festival me and my family were going to for my 40th has been cancelled. Due to the pandemic i was made redundant so money is tight. So to be told refer to terms and conditions no we are not refunding I think at this difficult time is disgusting. Other company's ect are a lot more understanding and helpful. Don't use them look for a local smaller business that will work around your needs and help them out.

Hired a Coach for my wedding to take our guest from the venue to the church & back. Although the coach driver was truly lovely, I was extremely disappointed to find the coach had wet seats all down the left hand side of the bus. This meant my guests had to sit in these seat for nearly two hours in total, an hour there & back. I also joined the coach on the return journey and had to sit in a wet seat in my wedding dress! They also got confused about the collection destination on the day and said they were not sure if they could make it, this caused a lot of unnecessary stress for my husband. Although
