Sport and Remedial massage is a great way to help with the common muscular issues we face today because of poor posture and high demanding jobs. Sports massage can help with spinal pain, tennis/golfers elbow, frozen shoulder, runners knee and plantarfascilitis as well as many other soft tissue problems that can affect your body, muscles, tendons and ligaments.
From an early age, sport and fitness played a big part in my life. I played netball and tennis to a good standard, and was lucky enough to represent and captain Dorset at junior cricket. A serious hip injury put paid to ambitions of going into the RAF, but having already gained numerous fitness industry qualifications, I trained to become a Sports Remedial Massage Therapist.

I was initially referred to Sally by my Chiropractor. Sally's approach is undoubtedly holistic. Sally naturally creates the conditions for effective therapy, her approach is rooted in genuineness, open communication, and trust. Sally seeks feedback, particularly when intervening with more problematic areas.

I regularly saw Sally for therapeutic massage since she began operating, some 8 (?) years ago now. Unfortunately for me, I now live too far away - but I miss my massages. Like many people I hold tension in my neck and shoulders, and Sally's skillful manipulation would always ease and reduce this. I also have a recurring problem with lower back pain - again, well addressed. Her further studies in osteopathy and acupuncture complement her advanced skills in massage. On top of that, she is a helpful and friendly soul! - I miss my regular massages greatly. This is a 100% five star recommendation -

I have never been keen on massage but with a back and neck problem my wife persuaded me to give it a go. Sally really made a difference, I should have done it years ago. She is very thorough in taking down the necessary information before starting and then really targets the areas. As soon as lockdown is over I'll be back.

I started seeing Sally just over 2 years ago with a hamstring tear. She got me literally back on the road again sufficient to complete an ultra challenge of 32 miles after a few weeks of treatment at age 72. I have regularly been for a tune up with Sally until the lockdown of last year. I think she knows my body and it’s weaknesses better than me now
