Spencer is indeed a perfectionist. We gave him a challenge - painting a 350 year old watermill with the triple challenges of terrible weather, tricky access and a lot of rotten wood. Yet despite these problems he worked tirelessly to complete a great job to our complete satisfaction. The fact that he also has considerable building and carpentry expertise meant that he was able to complete the external work on our watermill without the need to call in other tradesmen.
