My experience with Dragon was fantastic from start to finish. All of the staff I liaised with were really friendly and helpful from all departments 😀

I would take the one star away if possible .
My wife got us a quote which in itself was a bit on the steep side, but we decided to go with it until we were informed we would have to sign a contract, and the stumbling point and unprofessional part was we would have to put up a 50% deposit which would be £1000 plus. It rang all sorts of danger bells with myself as I owned my own roofing company and not once did I ask any customer, or anybody I had given a quote to, for a deposit of any amount let alone50%, this is a company to stay well away from in my professional opinion.

From initial contact through to installation and follow up, this company were incredibly helpful and instilled enormous confidence through their knowledge of the products, how they can best be used and installed. The guys who installed the security system were courteous, friendly and tidy workers. They made sure that we understood and could operate the system and were very patient with all of our questions. The follow up call from the office on the next day was a welcome service as they checked that we were happy and reinforced the fact that they were available to help if needed. We would wholeheartedly

I already had an out of date,non working sucurity camera. I rang for help and advice and spoke to Mike and Frankie, several times. They were professional, patient and kind in explaining my options. Today, I had the sucurity camera fitted, by a fabulous engineer. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and again, with kindness and patience.

I use this company myself to provide all of the security system at my home and my business Premises. In addition I have used Dragon Security to deal with the alarm system on my mothers property. Their customer service is excellent. On every occasion they have been able to make recommendations on the security system most suited to my needs. Having obtained a number of comparison quotes I have always found that Dragon Security provide a first class service with very competitive prices. I would say they get 10 out of 10.
