I mean it's a tile shop but quite a good one. Better choice than some others and the staff were helpful. I went on to buy tiles from here so a success.

Always had a good experience with Al Murad in Chingford and over the years have bought a lot of tiles from them!
Service is always good, even when I arrived close to closing time to collect my order their staff all came out to load up my car for me in the rain - above and beyond!
The tiles I have bought have been good quality and at a better price than the likes of Topps Tiles etc. I had good experience when having to return a couple of chipped tiles within my order (could not see the chip until the packaging was removed) - no hassle at all to get them replaced.
Will continue to use them as

Three things to point out - Great Product, very good customer service and lots of choice.
Staff was very helpful in making decisions by recommending various options. Purchase process was simple and great .The store manager was really kind during the return process of excess tiles.
I would buy it again and recommend it.

Really bad quality tiles, order nearly £2k worth of kitchen tiles, and after a month they have discoloured and cracked. Head office have been awful, and a brand new kitchen extension now looks terrible. We have recieved no help to rectify this situation!!
