Private 1 to 1 training is ideal for building confidence and teaching correct technique. Good form is paramount and helps get the most from the exercise. Nutrition plan designed specifically for you, to make sure that you enjoy your food and NEVER diet again. Changes are made when necessary. Unlimited access to me via email or telephone, so that you can ask me any questions or concerns you have. Option to join a closed facebook group with like minded individuals who are on the same journey as you.
I started training with Kevin in a bid to lose some of the stubborn weight I had accumulated around my middle following the birth of my daughter. What I achieved with Kevin's help was far more than this. Using weights and various bodyweight exercises my overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short.

I have trained with Kevin for many years now. I have always found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He is very down to earth and has a common sense approach to training, as he realises that people have busy lives and we all have our off days. Excellent PT and highly recommended!

Kevin has been training me for a year now, I’ve made real progress and seeing huge benefits. He really knows what he’s doing: knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging approach. I started from a base of no training at all, and found Kevin to be very supportive and encouraging.
I work away from home, when I’m away Kevin gives me a program to follow and checks up on my progress regularly. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to get fitter and healthier!
