Over the past 25 years Jo and I have endeavoured to build a modern, high-quality practice with a first-class team to provide you with the highest standards of dental care and customer service. However, it is now time for us to take a step back and restore some work-life balance and consequently, I will be reducing my working week to 3 days.
This will inevitably mean that if I am to maintain the high standards that you expect and deserve, I will no longer be able to look after the same number of patients. I am therefore extremely pleased to announce that we have chosen Dr Jason Singh to take over the practice as my successor. Jason is originally from Ireland, having graduated from University College Cork in 2007.

Services
Jason is originally from Ireland, having graduated from University College Cork in 2007. He has been practising in Chester since 2012 where he lives with his wife, Kathryn and daughter, Cleo. Jason is an avid learner and has attended numerous postgraduate courses covering all aspects of dentistry. He is a member of the Faculty of General Dental Practice, and in 2014 was awarded an MSc in Aesthetic Dentistry from King's College London.
After being welcomed to the practice by our reception team you will be given a tour of the practice to familiarise yourself with the facilities. A thorough examination will then be carried out by your dental surgeon and we will discuss our findings and give you as much information as you require to plan your future care.
It is well known that prevention is better than cure and this starts with good oral hygiene and regular dental visits to ensure that optimal oral health is achieved and maintained. However for nervous patients we are well aware that a visit to the dentist may not be that simple and that failure to treat a small problem may lead to something much larger!
I came to you after years of misguided dentistry and when my teeth were in a terrible state. I can't thank you enough for your hard work and the painstaking care with which you applied yourself to restoring my teeth. You listened carefully to my viewpoints either invited or not and guided me with your professional advice.

I have just had an appointment at the Whitehouse Dental Practise. The whole experience was very safe and reassuring. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly making me feel at ease at every stage. The treatment was done with every possible precaution in place. A big thank you to everyone at the practise.

I'm old enough to remember what dentists used to be like when I was a child some 45 years ago - butchery would perhaps have been a better description. I've been a patient of Mrs Lord since 1999 however, and she in my view is a fabulous dentist - my daughters in their 20s have stayed with her, my wife goes there, my parents. Would you believe I had root canal work for 90 mins where I just listened to my audiobook the entire time and didn't feel a thing, I jokingly said I would post a review after that, and they suggested I did just that. A lovely friendly practice where the dental nurses and reception

Visited yesterday and felt very safe. From the moment I arrived in the car park and was met by one of the ladies from reception, through to seeing Mrs Lord and her assistant. All the staff are extremely professional and do their utmost to ensure everyone is kept safe in these very difficult times. Well done.

A short time ago I had some dental work carried out at The White House Dental Practice by Mark Dixon, he was recommended to me by a family member who also goes to this practice. I came to him after being mis-diagnosed and fobbed off by my previous dental practice who had carried out checks and work for me which was unnecessary, had not solved the problem and had charged me for the privilege. Before coming to Mark I had been in horrendous pain for weeks and was at my wits' end after not being able to sleep for most of that time with the pain and feeling like it was never going to go away. Mark has looked after me for over 20 years and has been exceptional in his advice and care throughout this time. He has a great personal and warm approach during every visit.
Mark's ability to explain the proposed dental treament is very reassuring and detailed, making the treatment far more relaxed.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his staff to anyone who lives in the Wirral area.
I personally travel 40 miles to attend my appointments. On a final note l would like to thank him for some recent cosmetic detal work & tooth extraction which was once again excellent treatment
