Highly unprofessional!
Attempted to hire a bouncy castle for a birthday party.. Beforehand there were numerous mix-ups with the booking confirmations, stating the date I ordered rather than the date requested, wrong times, etc. Two days out I had a text asking if they could deliver the day before, which wasn't a problem though I'm not sure it would… have been a good idea to inflate and leave running for two days solid..
Delivery guys then arrived as arranged but got halfway through setting the castle up when they decided it wasn't going to fit!! I had been concerned this might be the case

I recently held a fundraiser and really didn’t know where to turn for a Bouncy Castle until I find these guys they talked me through everything from what is ideal for my type of event to the safety aspects I felt in good hand and would highly recommend to anyone there disco dome and inflatable slide was a massive hit with everyone

Couldn’t be more impressed with Bounce generation. Rick, Luke and team offer a very friendly and supportive service. The equipment they use is excellent and they made every effort to ensure that my daughter’s bouncy castle birthday party was a success. Very pleased and would thoroughly recommend them.
