Developed with Bushcraft UK, our reinforced single-layer Ventile poncho is a fantastic, versatile piece of kit for protection against the elements. Received my Double Ventile Tarloc Jacket and Lochnagar Fleece with Pertex lining in October last year and even though I knew it was great gear then, I wanted to wait until I had properly been out in some "weather" before leaving a review. I wanted to support a small local business and they ticked the boxes. I bought my jackets for my business and… Hilltrek did a great job of organising the branding. My outdoor business is based in Torridon so we are used to a variety of harsh weather and so far the garments have performed excellently. As a member of the local MRT team I have also used them

I had good service from Hilltrek - I ordered a Greenspot double Ventile jacket, but my first order was a size too small for me. Hilltrek were very good with taking the jacket back and sending me the next size… up.
I placed the order over the Christmas period, so it was a little slower than normal. Hilltrek were very good at giving me estimated timeframes for when the jacket would be ready and delivered. These are not mass produced jackets waiting in their hundreds to be shipped out, so make sure you give a couple of weeks leeway in your order if it's necessary for your jacket to be made
