Receiving rude email responses with no greeting from Vaughan Bestwick isn't the best. Considering I'm only trying to rectify damage caused by Cobra Scaffolding. I can't believe how polite and accommodating as a member of the public I have been and the tone of 'professional' communications received in response. Beware if you're in a neighbouring property and have to deal with them!
