I had to rent my house out at short notice and as I was living in New Zealand and I needed a trusted agency to look after the property. I was given help with preparing the house to meet the legal requirements and tenants were found quickly. Sadly the tenants were less than ideal but thankfully Tracey at TSG knew the correct action to take and the house was successfully vacated.

I had reason to contact TSG Letting Services this year, and found them very professional and helpful.
They were quick to understand my situation and provide appropriate information/advice. Queries were answered quickly and in detail.
In the end, the property was not put out to let due to circumstances beyond our control, however I would not hesitate to recommend TSG to anyone looking for this type of service.

Tracey and her team have been first class in guiding us through the landlord process . Everything is dealt with in a very timely and efficient manner but also very friendly. TSG have a huge knowledge and have a range of trades that can be organised to fix anything that arises very quickly which is reassuring and essential to ensuring the needs of the tenant are met which is the number one priority as a landlord.
