We stay here regularly. Most kids are left to destroy the swings and the feral little darlings love swearing, fighting and smoking. I was disgusted by the behaviour of them and my daughters didn't like being on the site. It's a shame other parent's can't control thier little animals because the site is in a decent location.

Anybody considering buying on site
i point out a few of my own experiences.
You HAVE to have New For Old Caravan Insurance even if you are happy for Market Value Insurance
You HAVE to pay £35 for the office to… read over your insurance should you want your own.
You HAVE to pay £35 annually for somebody to read you gas & electric meters.
Site Fees increase on average £140 - £160 every new season.
Site insurance is extortionate in regards to nearby sites who use the same underwriter. In most cases its more than double the cost. (100% Comission Based)

Sited our first caravan here, mother in law has hers there also. Friendly staff, helpful and there when needed, the team have been great when we’ve had few issues this past year. Close enough to local amenities yet far enough if you want to chill. Only issue I have (which is out of Edwards’ control) is the poor mobile phone / 4G / 5G signal in the area … suppose time away from the world is good as well!

Was in private rent caravan. Shop only open Saturday and Sunday. Food outlet didn't open at all. Club, couldn't find it. Children's area fenced off. However, clean park, upkeep good. Sure once facilities are opened up it will be great for families. Lovely views of the Welsh mountains and close to beach. Access via funfair and over railway bridge so bit of a hike and not for anyone with walking difficulties.
