Adroit Engineering specialise in precision engineering and the manufacture of low to medium volume machining through to volume CNC production. We also offer a bespoke component machining service for your specialised requirement. Our skilled engineers are able to produce fine tolerance machined components, whether conventionally or using our CNC machining centres.
Adroit Engineering has experience and knowledge in the manufacture of components in various engineering plastics, including acetals, PTFE, nylons and polycarbonates. Stock materials in rod, sheet, tube and angle are available on short lead times either full size or cut and machined as required. You may be assured your enquires will be dealt with promptly and a cost effective solution offered.
Adroit Engineering has experience in the supply of products machined from laminates and composites material. These include SRBP and SRBF materials, polyester glass, epoxy glass, carbon hybrids and high temperature laminates. Adroit Engineering supply insulation parts to a wide range of clients in various industries including machine tool maintenance, motor rewind, power generation and electronic component manufacturers.
Adroit Engineering personnel have experience gained over many years in working with clients in the devlelopment and manufacture of bespoke tools jigs and fixtures for specialised applications. Our tooling has helped to improve the manufacture of PCB assembly, including during the solder, reflow and surface mount processes, while utilising materials designed specifically for the electronics industry.
