BUYER BEWARE! Houses look beautiful but no end of problems. Initially when we moved in over 2 years ago now we had minor issues such as a leak which was resolved. Then covid hit and we struggled to get ANY response. Windows not sealed properly, garden flooded every time it rained, dishwasher frontage fell off, cupboard doors wonky, internal doors won't shut etc We have a leak that was reported before our warranty period was up over 2 months ago which after 2 visits is not fixed, plumber advised us not to use the bathroom and left it in a mess, meanwhile water is coming through the ceiling below

They take zero responsibility for their below sun standard build. Waiting over 15 months for snagging to be completed and still no closer to a resolution. Completely incompetent staff and their association to Trafford housing trust and Mace builders is clearly corrupt! Disgusting and avoid at all costs

Checked today that show home was open in Winsford and drove there. Pulled up on carpark thankfully we were the only customer and followed the instructions to stay in car and staff would come to us. So we waited & waited, then my husband walked up to the show home. Where is said please wait here, he could see the member of staff on the phone. He came back to let me know and waited at the door once more. She left us standing there for 10 mins and only after we got back in our car to leave did she come to the door. Not giving sales staff my £400k if can't be bother to acknowledge us after 15 mins

Also had a bad experience.
Reserved a property - left a very small holding deposit on a roughly priced property. I received a phone call to tell me the property price has increased. by £50k which I was really shocked at. I don’t know how they got the estimate so out of bed.
Needless to say... did not go ahead with the purchase! Left disappointed with the very poor information given! However, they did refund my deposit.
