After 2 weeks of not receiving appropriate applications for our job role advertised we asked Colin for a refund as we were not happy with his service. We received an earful (Very professional) and then received an email saying a full refund would be sent. 3 months down the line after many an excuse for payment to be made, no money has been transferred.
Very unprofessional, Colin himself is quite ignorant and should maybe change his way of handling business as it wasn't up to scratch to begin with.
