Services
We start picking up all our castles from 5pm. You may have it up to several hours depending how long it takes to pick up all the castle on route. Special requests can be made if need if party end later/earlier (charges apply). We highly recommend using our overnight service from 35 extra. Please leave the area you wish for the castle to be in clear with a flat surface free from any debris or animal waste.

Did a last minute booking for a bouncy castle for the kids for the bank holiday, The service was excellent! Everyone loved the castle! Only downfall was the Castle was slightly dirty inside with a few snails and webs so we had to clean it before the kids used it, apart from that very well service received. Thanks a lot

We booked soft play for our son's first birthday party. The driver went to the wrong address and then refused to deliver to the correct address. Although it was their error as we had provided the correct address, they blamed us and threatened legal action against us for payment. Terrible experience. I do not recommend this company.

-prompt arrival and quick set up.
Negatives
-only one safety mat for the very front of the castle - would expect a surround safety mat for the whole of the entrance, especially for a kids bouncy castle. We had to run home and get some rugs.
-Fan on the castle was VERY noisy. It certainly spoilt the party as we were in a reasonably small hall. Had to deflate it for the cake and games so people could hear. Been to other parties where the castles where much much quieter.
-We arranged pick up for 1630. Our little girls party was still going then ( winding down ) and lots of guests still

Hired a hot tub from One Stop Castles after the family and I were let down by two other companies. They came through and saved the day. Excellent communication from the customer service team; product was as expected if not better; friendly sales assistant who knew all the ins and outs of the hot tub. You can contact them at any time and are always willing to help. They really made my daughters birthday party a blast. Will be looking to hire a bouncy castle also this summer.
