My daughter arrived at Heathrow - no driver. She rang company after waiting some time and told forgot to send driver! catch a cab and we should be able to reimburse you. I was waiting for her in a hotel in London as I’d arrived earlier that day. When we contacted our supplier they contacted London and wAs told she was a no show. Fortunately we have… records from phone etc. still waiting for refund out of pocket over 100. Paid initial charge plus cab. Totally unprofessional and worse dishonest and disorganised. They expected my 20 year old upset daughter to find her way on tube late
