We are a quirky tea room in Kent, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We are also an Antiques / Vintage shop where you can buy everything from the pictures on the wall to the chairs you sit on. We are housed in a c1800 Grade II listed Kent building complete with its own spring-fed well. As well as sampling our homemade cream teas, handmade cakes and mouth-watering sandwiches & salads, you can pop downstairs to our Antiques & Vintage Centre to browse through the numerous items on display throughout.

Eat in, or takeaway; the homemade cakes and pastries, such as carrot cake, chocolate cake, and Bakewell tart are light, delicious and the welcome antidote, at the end of a busy working day...😋😋😋

Very lovely tea rooms. Vast and varied menu including breakfast. We had a Cream Tea, delicious sandwiches, scones and cakes. We were so full that we had to take some of it home in a "doogy bag" which was a lovely little white cake box, just made for the purpose 🎂😁👌

Best Tea Rooms Cafe ever! Homemade quality & wholesome food, great atmosphere & friendly service. Cheesy scrambled eggs on toast, so fluffy n yummy but our favourite are Lucy's lovely jacket spuds & cakes. Totally recommend! 🙂

Visit here with my father as he has good memories of when my mother was alive. They dined here on many occasion. Lovely food and proprietor/staff very attentive/nice. Average prices of meals and great home made cakes. Have a look at the second hand hand furniture etc downstairs.

First visit today. It was nice. Staff very attentive but not overly so which was perfect. Very small so didn't take a lot of people before it was full. My friend had reserved a table in the window but when she got there, they had set up for another group of people having afternoon tea. When my friend questioned this she was told it had already been reserved before she reserved it, so why didn't they tell her that on the phone at the time! They didn't take our details either for track and trace COVID-19.

Beautiful little tea rooms in the pretty setting of Wateringbury with an antique showroom in the basement. Food and drink served on a lovely selection of vintage china. As is located on the crossroads, parking is available opposite in the library and pavilion car park.
