In the event of a motor accident, you, the customer, have the final choice where your car is repaired. Most insurance companies use a network of "Recommended Repairers", and they will do their best to convince you that the best place to take your car is their "Recommended Repairer". This has nothing to do with your convenience or the quality of the repair you can expect to get.
It is your right a car insurance policyholder to choose who repairs your vehicle: this has been agreed with the Office of Fair Trading and the Association of British Insurers. Did you also know that you don't need to get 2 estimates? It is particularly important to get good advice when a motor accident is not your fault but you are only covered by Third Party insurance.

Every car repair is different. Some vehicles can be completely out of shape after a heavy impact and need to be rejigged. Others need panels to be beaten back to shape, though sometimes it's more sensible to replace panels entirely. If you're interested in what goes on behind the roller doors have a chat to us.
Like many people we have a keen interest in performance cars: the owners take them on the track and drive them to the limit. As a result the cars keep coming back, like film stars addicted to plastic surgery! Happily they always leave the workshop looking as good as new. But all cars are important to us.
Many years ago under an old tarpaulin between a bed of chrysanthemums and a goldfish pond, Clive Horder works on his beloved Honda in a makeshift workshop. OK, nobody's perfect, and everyone knows how trades are easy targets for criticism. But ask the vast majority of people around the area about their experience of dealing with us and they will have nothing but praise.

Poor quality finish, runs in lacquer coat, lacquer 'blister' on windowline of ns sliding door that was so obvious, inconsistent lacquer application on front underside area, the bare minimum paint application on both sliding doors under close examination with no/inconsistent paint application on sliding door bottom edges. Taken back for remedy, picked up to be told just needed a polish. Absolute tosh, a complete joke. 3 yrs on, both sliding doors have external rust along bottom edge due to... not
