Archway Carpets is run by father and son team Graham and Darrell Smith. Graham set up the business in 1984, and it was his wife's wish that one of her sons would join their father in the business.

We have been purchasing our carpets and flooring from Archway Carpets for a number of years. We choose Darrell and his team as we were consciously looking to support a local independent business.
We have always been happy with the customer service, help and support in ensuring we achieve the outcome we are looking for. Most recently we have had a number of rooms refloored, and we are delighted with the outcome. The fitters were extremely helpful, polite and tidy - and did a fab job with the fitting.
We'll be returning to Archway next year when we complete our next room renovation.

Super service from start to finish.
A great selection of carpets to choose from. Friendly home visit so that you can see the sample in situ. I thought that I didn't want a sample of the chosen one sent to me, then changed my mind - this was no trouble.
The first slot to fit the carpet didn't work for us - no problem. Fitting was smooth and the carpet looks superb.
Very happy with the carpet and the customer service.

They say shop local. And never had a truer word been said about Archway Carpets. They are a local company who provide a quality, thorough AND competitive service. Darrel and his team at archway have been brilliant. You should shop local with Archway Carpets when looking for flooring with your home because not only will you be supporting a local independent business, but you will get a personal, friendly and professional service from the word go. The big carpet chains can’t rival the quality of service Darrell and his team provide.

From the very start of my initial enquiry, to the fitting of my flooring, Archway Carpets were superb.
Darrell was brilliant at advising me of the right floor coverings for my needs. He also gave me tips and tricks for disposing of the old carpets and sanding floors even though he wasn't even getting a sale out of that room!
He was so nice when he moved my fitting dates numerous times because the building wasn't finished.
The fitters I had were beyond brilliant. Neat, tidy, polite and efficient craftsmen.
You'd have to go a long way to beat Archway Carpets for service start to finish. Can't
