Very poor experience this afternoon. Rude, arrogant staff and butcher who shoehorned two elderly ladies outside with a flat palm and arrogant smile using the 3 customer rule as an excuse. He let a regular customer push in and left two elderly customer stranded outside. He was rude to me too so we all voted with our feet and went left. Poor selection of meats today. There is a much better butcher in Scartho who knows the value of customer service. Would give zero stars if I could for allowing customers to queue push and for arrogant and rude manner..
