Turn up hours late.it ment to be drop of on Wednesday and pick up same day so could get into garage.and it's now Monday and it's only just gone. Every day I phoned up its down for today

We had an initial problem because the skip I ordered was smaller than I need. Totally my fault but Pink were great in helping me order the desired size with minimum stressed. The agents I spoke to over the phone were super professional and responsive. They even took the wrongly sized skip on the same day! Great service. Would recommend.

I'd recommend finding another waste removal company. We've ordered a skip, filled it and been waiting for 2 weeks for it to be picked up. Been calling the company almost every day, but nothing comes out of it unfortunately.

Ordered a skip & was told it'd arrive next day 7-5pm and we'll get a call up to half an hour before. Called at 1pm to ask if I could be told roughly the hour it might be dropped so I could keep the necessary labourers on site. I was told I hadn't ordered one. After asking if she wanted to hear the recording she exclaimed its because we hadn't paid for it. Again, the recording, we was told pay on delivery like usual. After embarrassed answers and blaming a colleague they agreed to deliver within the hour, which they did. Paid up and filled asked for collection a few days later. All gold. Until I

I was really pleased with Pink Skips. Hired for a general clear out and taking down garden shed . Office advised regarding size over the phone as I had no previous experience of this. Really wanted to keep space on drive for 1 car to avoid getting my children out on the road. Driver was brilliant- made sure I had room to open car doors and for the kids to get out easily. Reasonable price too!

Great communication from the girls in the office. The skip arrived bang on time and the driver got it into a tight spot no problem at all. Once it was full i made a call to them and they collected the skip on the same day with no hassle whatsoever. Great service

Really impressed with Pink Skips. Used them for a general clear out before I moved house. Received good advice regarding which size would suit me best and skip was delivered/collected on-time. Reasonably priced too.
Will be using them again once we’re ready to start work on the new house.
