Company director and head of accounts, Peter founded AWS in 1990 and is currently into his 30th year of service. Peter has always enjoyed working with numbers and knew from a young age that a job with numbers would be for him. He finds his current role challenging yet enjoyable and enjoys getting to the end result when finalising a client's accounts.
Peter is very friendly and has a great ability to solve problems and discuss issues methodically. In his spare time he enjoys a game of golf and most other sports. Ian has been a partner and tax director of AWS for 26 years. Prior to this he worked at medium sized local practices for 10 years. He enjoys his role at AWS even when some days can be more challenging than others.

Currently you can earn up to 192 a week or 833 a month before being automatically enrolled into a workplace pension scheme. You must also be aged between 22 - state pension age to be automatically enrolled. The government have introduced the idea that employers with employees on their PAYE records can be paid 80% of their wage and can make a claim to receive this back. Employees must have a furloughed status in order to receive this. You can't pay an employee for a full month of work as normal and then put in a claim to get those wage costs covered.
