As we've already done the hard work in building fantastic relationships with lenders, we have access to a wide range of mortgages and will find the best one for you.

When you are in the position to be able to buy a property to rent out, you will need to start looking into buy to let mortgages. They are not the same as the conventional mortgages out there that you use to buy your own house, which means our research is important here. For a buy to let mortgage, you'll need a larger deposit and you will face higher fees with a higher rate of interest.

Really helpful in finding a shared ownership mortgage for a first time buyer.
Fast responses via email, always helpful and kind. They were sure to explain the process and tell us what needed to be done and when. As a first time buyer, I had no idea what I was doing, so it was very helpful having 1st mortgage services to basically do everything for me.

As a first time buyer their knowledge and support was excellent. They guided me through the mortgage and buying process and chased up things along the way for me. Julie and her team are so friendly and helpful, jargon-busting everything to help us through the daunting process.
They found us the best mortgage deals and also advised on the types of insurances that would suit our needs and situation. Even the late night/ weekend, worried rambling emails from us were responded to quickly, nothing was too much trouble.

Despite some historic financial difficulties we got a great rate and the process was super easy. Everything was clearly explained and straight forward. Delivered on a personal one to one level.
Julie worked with our conveyancers promptly and efficiently meaning that the financial transaction could be left to one side whilst we focussed on the practicalities of the move.
I had never used a mortgage broker before, but have no hesitation in recommending 1st Mortgage Services to anyone that has second thoughts.

The team at 1st Mortgage services, especially Julie were brilliant throughout the process of securing our mortgage. As self-employed business owners the requirements are complex but the team were clear, concise and helpful in what would be required.
We were under several pressures due to COVID and also ended up running very close to the Stamp Duty deadline but Julie and her team made sure that everything happened in time!
I would certainly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Julie and the team at 1st Mortgage Services. Where everybody else saw problems, Julie saw solutions! It was so very refreshing to work with somebody who looked at the whole picture and made things work. She was always super helpful, quick and efficient. I honestly don't know how we would have got through the past few months without her and the team, they have been awesome.
