Arc Fabrications were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They provided a reasonable quote, designed a perfect staircase for our Victorian basement garden and installed quickly and without a hitch. The stairs are beautiful and look like they've always been there. Chris came up with a design that complimented the space (which was unusual) and yet was also practical. Chris, Tim and John were brilliant when it came to fitting them. They arrived as promised and left the area spotless. Our neighbour had a fire exit fitted by this firm. It was surveyed, priced, they gave her a time scale and date of fitting, and the fitters contact details etc. They did a fantastic job, very clean tidy and courteous, she was a pensioner and was worried about having people working in her house that she didn't know.
