I first came across Sterling Cross about 8 years ago, when Kate put me forward a senior role in a private hospital. It was such a good match that my manager kept in touch years after I moved. Sterling Cross also kept in touch. Recently, Kate contacted me for another role, helped me prepare for the interview and reminded me to take my time to think the offer through and make the best decision for myself and my career progression.

Having gone from a member of the team; working my way from "trainee" right through to "associate" and working with a team of upbeat, positive, client focused individuals who believed in me - I became the client!
From a client point of view; I was kept in the loop, they worked with me, helped me achieve what I needed to achieve and we all worked towards a shared goal in a way that worked with me and my business. I can't fault the transparency, the regular updates, them chasing job offers once I had made them and staying in touch with candidates through to the day they start.

Sterling Cross provided an excellent service for me whilst I was recruiting hard to fill clinical roles within private hospitals throughout the UK. Both Dan and Kate were on hand to support me through the whole process, assisting with a viable recruitment plan, providing an excellent quality of candidates within a quick turnaround and helped to fill the gaps in a difficult market during a pandemic. They supported hiring managers on site with any queries they had, were very approachable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We were approached by Sterling Cross to recruit for a position of a Psychologist. They assured us they were very experienced in this sector and had a large database of candidates. After 6 weeks they have produced exactly zero suitable candidates and have stopped the campaign. Their team seem to lack basic knowledge of what an HCPC-registered Chartered Psychologist is. Very disappointed and would not recommended to anyone recruiting in the mental health sector.
