From the outset of contact with Ian our selling and buying process was professional, honest and open. The whole team, including those that accompanied viewings and that we contacted via the office were friendly and approachable. Suzanne is responsible for liaising with solicitors and conveyances and remained helpful throughout what is often a stressful time... her humour in times of need was greatly appreciated. Excellent service from Ian. Photos and property description of my bungalow prepared by Ian really did it justice and reflected the great property that it is. My preferences on the marketing were listened to and then enhanced by Ian's expert advice. Sale was agreed in a short timescale and completed wholly satisfactorily. A real 5 star service at a good fee.
