I was initially recommended by a family member to contact Heron Financial to deal with a remortgage against a property. Happy to say I was very glad I went with Heron! Megan had been great from the initial comms we had, she was also very patient with chasing me for information (sorry Megan!) From the fact find i was given a clear indication of borrowing and the financial implications. Any questions i had Megan was really quick to come back with a response either by email or phone call. I was initially concerned that the experienced would of been long winded but to my amazement its gone very smoothly

Megan and Lucy were a great support during our last house move. We had used Heron before and as previously they made our initial mortgage application easy. On top of this, this time they went the extra mile during an incredibly long and drawn out purchase process, staying patient and understanding throughout. Heron supported us on our recent re-mortgage, offering a high quality and professional experience from initial contact through to completion. I had concerns about how long the process might take due to holds-ups as a result of the pandemic, however the team (Adrian, Harriet and Georgina in particular) ensured this would not be a problem through their attention to detail, efficiency and excellent relationships with a range of lenders. As a result of their hard work, I now have a great deal with a shorter term and lower monthly payments! I will 100% be using their services again in 2 year's time

Megan has been extremely helpful with my remortgage. She even went out of her way to quickly find another bank with a lower rate when the first bank changed their rate at the last minute. This feels like an amazing service to me. It is all now with the solicitor (which was part of the deal Megan found) so all positive. Thank you again Heron Financial.
