Each project is different, as is each plot of land, each building, each budget, each client, each with it's own unique requirements. This needs appreciation from the offset and once achieved then allows us to apply our vast experience in consultancy design to keep delivering cutting edge design driven projects.
Our team of designers can offer a solution to any design requirement which, in isolation, is invaluable. The initial consultancy meeting will involve a flow of ideas and concepts for your project. Every project is unique and governed by numerous variables so we endeavour to create a bespoke design support strategy with mutual understanding of what is required.
If your room is being consider within a whole house redesign, we will initially be looking at which area to designate for the space and how it will be configured.
However if an existing living room is being re-designed in isolation, then we will have initially had some remote correspondence allowing us to get a flavour for wants and desires and will arrive to the initial consultancy meeting and look at the configuration of the existing space armed with a variety of wallpaper, fabric, etc, options to look through and consider.

Bathrooms usually involve reconfiguring the existing space to work better and take advantage of better products and technologies and layouts can be surprisingly different in a relatively small space, so in design terms configuration is the initial priority.
Once that is determined we then go away to pull a product list together after gathering all your thoughts during the meeting and what is almost standard now for bathrooms is the decision to sanction the 3D plan which helps clients to really visualise the space and gives tradesman something more exacting to work to.

We are often brought in to consult on potentially different locations for the kitchen that usually coincide with some kind of extension that is usually to the rear of the property. Then once the location and configuration is determined we then start to look at the budget and style of the kitchen that the client is looking for.
