They are on the road without Breakdown cover. How is it possible we don’t know. We been to Durdle Door on Sunday 05/09/2021 with 52 people. 70% are 50+ age, we waited on the high way more then 4 hrs. Driver call the company but they never picked up. It’s was a worst 4 hrs people get sick no food no water. We have all the pictures and recorded video. So many things happened but I can’t explain it here.
So we call 999 police and they helped us. We have the police references number.

I booked a coach journey from Southall to Wolverhampton during August 2021. The driver of the coach was rude, the coach was supposed to reach Wolverhampton by 1:15pm and instead they ended journey at Birmingham. Sent 7 of us by overloading a small MPV to Wolverhampton by 3:45pm. AVOID NEVER TRAVEL WITH THEM
