Aquapac Ltd was founded in 1995 by current Managing Director Stephen Connachan and produces a variety of quality wooden furniture products. In 2017 we moved to our current 50,000 sq ft factory in Cumbernauld, near Glasgow, Scotland. We have invested heavily in the latest woodworking machinery, CAD hardware and software and staff training and development.

As a result, our business is growing and we've been named one of the UK's 12 most exceptional businesses by the Citi Foundation. We are currently one of the biggest manufacturers of flat pack aquarium cabinets and vivariums in the UK. In addition to this, we produce other products such as commercial display furniture such as POS display stands, quality kitchens and a wide range of contract furniture.

I ordered 6 pieces of vivarium glass. I paid £15 for postage and when the glass arrived every single piece was broken. I cut my hand badly on opening the parcel and small pieces of glass went all over the floor. I was then promised that replacement glass would be sent out today for delivery tomorrow but upon checking have found that I have been blocked on facebook where the business office manager was messaging me. I have been thorougly messed around by this business and advise that nobody places orders with them as they are extremely unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy with shocking

Bought 6 sheets of glass from this company, paid a premium £15 postage, it was not even dispatched in the window given by the company for it to be fully delivered. Had to fight like hell to get only a partial refund. We finally received the order, for all of the glass to arrive smashed. Every single piece. Spoke to the office manager and was promised new replacement glass on next day delivery, starting the next week (today) I got an email from the managing director of the company saying we are going to be fully refunded, to which I replied and stated that we had spoke to a colleague of his and
