There are a number of obvious benefits for working at Siva.
There are lots of career progression opportunities for anyone that is highly motivated and wants to work hard and learn. Clear quantifiable progression stages are identified. If you want to start a career in manufacturing, or you are experienced in the manufacturing industry there are opportunities for all.
Business is expanding rapidly with lots of capital investment. It’s a very exciting company to work for. High level of job security in these uncertain times.
Also the staff canteen is the best I’ve seen. Serving restaurant quality

I have been working at Siva group 12 years, there is a clear progression path within the business that allows individuals who want to work hard and shine through to be rewarded for their efforts, the department managers each have transparent skills matrix to show progression and goals for their team members., This is linked to grading system for fair rates of pay as you progress through the company.
The shift pattern on the shop floor is 4 on 4 off alternative days and nights 12hrs shifts with an hour’s break, a great benefit of working these shift patterns is if you book 4 days holiday you

Good place for young people whos can work hard. The four On four Off shift pretty cool which means only half year needs to work per annuum plus holidays. Good possibility for evolving with team as person and existentially. Really big volume of manufacturing with challenges in a friendly community.
One thing what is not nice, the company doesn't pay for sick days just the minimum SSP.

My advice is to ignore any spurious negative reviews which may have been posted by mischievous people with an axe to grind. There is certainly false information been given.
Health and Safety is very important and is overseen by a dedicated H&S Manager and assistant backed by the Managing Director.
Siva has fantastic toilet and canteen facilities (best I've seen in many a factory environment) offering low-cost subsidised food. Avoid this company at all cost. Don't waste your time applying for the job or going for the interview. They are the most unprofessional people you will ever meet. They will treat you disrespectfully and won't care about health and safety for employees at work and the environment. Canteen, toilets and working conditions are worse than anything you can imagine. This place needs to be reported and investigated by authorities in order to shut down as it is polluting the and causing a great danger to the environment by releasing chemicals and waste reagents into the river. REPORT THIS COMPANY.
