Applied for a property waited 3 days after giving documents and was given no response to say it had been given to someone else. Unprofessional as I did send follow up emails but nobody wanted to respond, called one last time to be told by another agent it had been given to another person for an unlogical reason. Terrible customer service. The agent supposedly helping couldn't answer any of my questions about the property, kept saying she'd had to ask the landlord but seemed very disinterested in helping me with the information and was completely ignored after the application.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value
We’ve recently sold a second property via Mantons. Ian and the team are highly professional and gave great advice. On both sales, Ian recommended rejecting offers we would have accepted and we ended up with higher selling prices. Little extra in it for Mantons but great results for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service no help whatsoever the lady over the phone was so rude and incompetent. Her tone of voice was awful.. considering it was the first phone-call I had made to arrange a viewing. I was so put off by her attitude. I really don’t understand how people like that are employed to work in a place like this, leave if your job is so miserable.

Under-valued our property from the start, no apparent effort to get us the best price despite loads of interest/offers, poor communication in the run-up to exchange and completion. When we pulled out due to difficult to meet demands further down the chain, i received several ranting, bullying, and really aggressive emails from Ian himself. We still sold to the buyer Mantons found but that was only due to us sorting out the problems with the buyers direct.
