I started Point in 1989 and have built the business on honesty and trust, working with a team of professional, loyal and committed individuals. Point has grown to become a market leader, supplying quality staff to many companies in the Huntingdon area. I joined Point in 2005 and have over 13 years' experience of working within the recruitment industry.
Matching personality and working styles to a variety of client environments is a key part of our role here at Point Professional Recruitment. Our dedicated consultants meet with each candidate as part of our in-depth recruitment process, gaining valuable insight into their different motivations and characters to best suit your company's culture.
To offer a full service to our clients we introduced Finance as a specialist division, with dedicated consultants in 2014. This new sector complements the services offered to our clients and we have built a database of both qualified and experienced candidates, all of whom are registered. We ensure temps will be fully referenced prior to commencing any assignments.
A pivotal function within many of the organisations we support, Point Recruitment understand the need for confidentiality and sensitivity when recruiting within the Human Resources sector. We are continually building a network within the HR market through events such as our local HR Forum which we host twice yearly, offering employment law updates and highlighting topical subjects within the HR arena.
Client requirements within the Industrial sector vary from 1 to 100+ and often at short notice. This is why Point Recruitment offers a 24/7 mobile phone service to both clients and candidates to ensure that we can contact candidates, fast. Our dedicated consultants take time with each individual, gaining their commitment and loyalty and resulting in high level fill and retention rates.

I first used Point in October 2020, I was relocating after being made redundant. I met Tyra who was very understanding and helpful. Within a couple of weeks she'd found me a temp placement that ticked every box that I needed.

Found me a couple of jobs in my first week with them, then they found me a longer term position, just as my last placement came to an end, and this company has taken me on as an employee. Sarah could not have been more helpful with the job search, and friendly too. In fact, everyone I dealt with there could not have been nicer.
