Services
Independent servicing chains will regularly advertise log book servicing at a reduced cost, although cutting costs can also jeopardise the quality of parts used or mean that services meet only minimum requirements. We've developed our own method of servicing at HQ which allows the customer to keep their warranty but also ensures a security of service that meets and often exceeds dealer standards.

WHEEL ALIGNMENT - our 3D visualiser is recognised by all manufacturers. Improved wheel alignment can benefit performance in many ways, namely; reduced tyre wear, improved fuel consumption, environmental impact, improved handling and above all safer driving.
There's more to diagnostics than simply plugging a car into a machine and providing a print out. Crucial to the diagnostics process is the way in which the information gathered is used - in much the same way that a radiologist might take an x-ray but a doctor needs to analyse the results, an expert needs to interpret the information provided by any diagnostic reading.
We see MOTs as an extension of our servicing department and work with our customers towards their MOT date to ensure there are no problems with passing first time. You will need to be qualified to SVQ Level 3 or greater (or equivalent), experience in passenger car repairs - MOT testing is also desirable but not essential. All members of our team have an excellent work ethic and "can do" attitude, with a focus on quality repairs and diagnostics done in a timely fashion to the highest standard.

Great service from Kevin and his team. I went in with my spare tyre on after a puncture on the way to work in Dalgety Bay. They had the new tyre in stock and my car was even washed for me collecting a few hours later :)
Would highly recommend HQ and will use them again!
