We are a well established and experience precision engineering company setup in 2000 with the customer foremost in mind. First class quality components, backed by ISO 9001:2015 certification and PPAP L3, FMEA and full traceability. Latest MRP technology ensures 'Just In Time' & 'Kan Ban' delivery options.
Over the years we have invested in the latest CNC machining technology, including the latest in CNC multi-axis sliding head lathes. This is complimented by CNC twin spindle, twin turret multi-axis turning centres. We also have CNC conventional 2 and 3 axis machining capacity, this is backed up by strong capabilities in CNC milling.
Our Essex based factory has the staff and latest CNC machinery to run low or high volume turned parts with a 24 hour lights our production facility at our customers disposal. Our night shift enables us to respond quickly to customers lead times. This is one of the reasons why customers remain loyal to SEC UK.
Our engineering capabilities (CAD) and project management skills combine to resolve numerous challenging production issues. We have in place up to date MRP management systems and a program of continuous investment in the latest CNC machinery and systems, ensuring our customers receive quality cost effective parts every time.
SEC UK are certificated to ISO 9001:2015 standard. This means that the Quality Management System utilised by SEC meets or exceeds the requirements of the latest ISO standard. We are PPAP L3-PSW (Part Submission Warrant) and FMEA & SPC fully utilised. SEC have also integrated certain aspects of ISO/TS16949 into their QMS to meet the requirements of the automotive industry and some of their customer base.
