For over thirty years Pakawaste has coupled the provision of high specification waste handling equipment with a comprehensive after sales service. Pakawaste provide an excellent after-sales service for over fourty years and have also re-defined maintenance and service agreements in the waste handling sector by widening its remit to encompass third party equipment.
Very happy when dealing with Rachael Almond over the phone. We were frustrated how the maintanance costs kept increasing year on year for some compactors we put into 2 of our customers. Our 5 year contract term was set with our customer thinking your costs are set for the contract term, so we couldn't pass these increases on.

I don't know how they run a business. They won't take a delivery between 12 & 1pm because they're ALL "on their dinner" together!
So they need something urgently but won't take it in when the delivery arrives!! "You'll have to wait 45 minutes 'til we've finished our dinner." So 1900's!! Need new staff!! Absolutely unbelievable!!
