Matt and his team have been looking after us for a number of years now. In that time he has printed shirts for Hitchin Rugby Club, fleeces, polo shirts for both club and our company, MNP, and now turning around some embroidery for our Golf club in double quick time ready for a tournament. This is in the 1000's of garments in total but equally happy to turn round a dozen polo shirts. Excellent at tidying up designs, great advice and test printing/embroidering, responds to emails quickly and hasn't missed a deadline. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Terrible service, I felt like my order was not big enough for them to be bothered. I ordered 10 items which took 5 weeks in total to be completed, with numerous problems throughout the process. I also sent my own design in several different files which for some reason, they could not use so they charged me for a new design without asking, The quotes were sent over wrong, wrong sizes of clothing even after I had stated what sizes I would need, the lack of communication was awful, I had to keep on chasing them to find out what was going on with my order and then it felt like that they just rushed

I was recommended Kustom Clothing through a work colleague, who used them for all of his custom garments. I worked with Matt to help complete my order which was around 30 or so hoodies.
I was told the lead time would be around 10 days, it ended up being 8. Matt helped me throughout the process and gave some great advice and tips using his experience that helped the hoodies be the best they could be.
I'll definitely use them again, the quality of the work is incredible!

Great customer service, we got the shirts we want a week before the deadline although we were on a very tight schedule.
We are happy with the final result although there was a problem with the colours but we take full responsibility as we checked the Pantone colour on screen only, I advise people to check their Pantone as a print and not on the screen as what you see on the screen may be different then the final result.

For a seemingly ‘professional’ printing company, they printed our Logo hidden underneath the hoods of the hoodies - so it could not be seen without wearing the hoods up 100% of the time?
They lost one of our children’s uniform items, and denied ever receiving it.
They then more than doubled the quota of our printing, from 20 items to minimum 50, to get rid of us?
The women in the office seem to almost ‘gang-up’ against customers?
They just don’t reply to emails when you question their ethics?
Having never had this problem in 11 years with our previous printers (who sadly retired

With so many custom clothing companies out there, it's best to work with people who care about their service, their product and their customers.
Kustom Clothing is, alas, not a company that cares about any of these three entities.
Very poor quality product, and even worse quality customer service. Twice we have been sent product not matching hex code, not matching requested colours (ie: we were sent blue hats when we ordered green...they were also very poor quality hats), not matching the beautiful mockups their designers have made. And, on notifying them of this we were met with excuses, blame
