These are the legal conveyancing costs that we charge for the residential conveyancing work that we do on your behalf. This is required to check additional documentation including the lease, the management pack, freehold title as well as dealing with the managing agent and freeholder. AVOID. TRULY BAD. Don’t waste your time with this company.
Extremely disappointed with the service provided.
They are just a broker, that allocates your case to a third-party solicitor firm: in our case, a completely incompetent one. The solicitors, Stirling Ackroyd, were awful and shockingly unprofessional. Our purchase completed in February: we are still waiting for the paperwork (its 4 months later now).
Stirling Ackroyd didn’t even honour the quote, provided by iconvey, and overcharged us on a few item lines. iconvey didn’t care - after multiple emails, over months, they concluded

Although I don't have a problem with iConvey, I feel they need to look into and vet the solicitors they pass the work onto.
My house sale and purchase files were given to Swift Lawyers. After 5 months the sale and purchase fell through, the stress of it all was awful. Swift Lawyers were totally incompetent and unprofessional.
Do yourselves a favour, pay more and find a good local solicitor, wish I had.

We were advised that we’d have a dedicated case manager throughout but didn’t hear from them from the day of instruction (30th April 2018) when we parted with a ‘deposit’ until we contacted them directly the day before completion after struggling to get hold of the actual solicitor they’d introduced us too when we had no idea whether the transaction would complete the next day or not (16th August 2018)

We used Stephanie Broderick at BPL solicitors via the list of conveyancers supplied by iConvey. The advantage was that BPL were local to our native Bristol. We were the first-time buyers and honestly appreciate all the expertise Stephanie and the BPL's team supplied us with. The service was extremely prompt (we completed in just over a month and that includes Christmas!), highly communicative and overall excellent value for money. We highly recommend both iConvey and BPL and will be using them again should we decide to sell our property at some point.

BPL were great with us, always got back to us and answered our questions. Our house move took a while in the end but this was mainly due to it being a help to buy scheme and the government branch were extremely hard to deal with and inflexible. However throughout this process we were glad that at least our solicitors were reliable

I've used BPL twice because they are so professional and approachable. They dealt with my sale and purchase, then a further purchase. They are in my opinion competitively priced and I honestly cannot recommend their service highly enough. I wish my vendors had used an equally decent solicitor as BPL ended up doing their job for them! Thanks once again for making a stressful process bearable!

Anyone out there buying/selling a property, look no further for professional and very reasonably priced conveyancing. BPL handled the sale of my late mother's house and they made the whole process, so easy, no inconvenient solicitor appointments, everything was done online, they also start the preparations immediately, so when an offer is accepted, they are ready to go!
My sale went very smoothly, right up until the day before " exchange of contracts", when my buyer decided to ask for some non-existent paperwork, while I was stressing out big time
