As a result, our landlords see increased rents and good tenants who want to live in a better standard of accommodation. If your property meets our standards or you are prepared to upgrade your property, we can take care of everything you're likely to need.
In the Pearl Lettings & Property Management model of property management, we consider landlords to be our customers and tenants to be consumers. We think it is totally wrong that tenants should pay fees. We have never charged tenants fees and we never will. We work hard to build a supportive relationship with the tenants of the properties we manage - a relationship based on trust that starts with our promise: no letting agent fees.

I needed a place to stay at short notice, and this company was very responsive to what I needed. They were very willing and able to assist when I had a query or issue with the house and often fixed it that very same day. they had a lot of services I wouldn't have considered as part of the rent and did not charge for services used to fix the house. They always gave notice before accessing the property and gave me my deposit back in its entirety. Much better than any letting agency I have used before.

I am a mature student who when trying to rent a room was told by messenger I had reserved it and that I would be emailed me shortly to proceed with renting the room. After a week I started to get a little concerned that no email had been sent, but had heard nothing otherwise so assumed it was still reserved. During this time I turned down other places that got back in touch with me, as I had this room with Pearl Lettings reserved. Though, as I had not received the promised email, I contacted Pearl Lettings by messenger

I've been renting for about 20 years now (now on the property ladder), and Pearl have been hands down the best agency I have rented from in all those years. Professional, but also courteous and quick to resolve issues. Responsive with emails and friendly in person. If more agencies took a leaf out of Pearl's book, the world of renting would be a far more pleasant one. Highly recommended.

The kings of false advertising it seems. Refuse to make any changes or even offer solutions other than "you do it". Blatant blame shifting too. I didn't work for years in customer service roles to see the director of a company acting in such an unprofessional way. By simply disregarding what I'm saying and the points I made. Maybe try fix your own problem next time, or even simply act like you were going to, even if you weren't- I wasn't going to follow up on it. Its customer service 101.

I was a tenant and I have just moved out of a house managed by Pearl Lettings. I was in the house for 3 and half years and I can safely say I was very well looked after there! The agency was easily contactable and if there were any issues, someone would be sorting them within a couple of days of notification. Overall I would definitely recommend Pearl Lettings to anyone! Thank so much again!

Pearl Lettings is a fantastic letting agency. Being in a student let with this agency looking after us, myself and my housemates felt truly looked after. The wonderful people at Pearl Lettings make you really feel like they care and want to make your rental period as easy and transparent as possible.
