A great thanks to Joshua Hollings who was very helpful with my re-mortgage - i will highly recommend Echo Finance.
At first i though i might not be able to get a re-mortgage due to my property being classed as having two kitchens now.
But Josh explained that even though not all providers would lend on 2 kitchens this there are many providers that will and it wouldn't be too much of a problem getting a re-mortgage

I can't recommend Liam from Echo enough. As first time buyers, we were clueless as to where to start when applying for a mortgage. Liam removed that stress entirely, by advising us throughout every stage of the process and completing all the relevant forms and admin that goes with the application. Jack who was our Broker managed to achieve for us what three other Brokers tried to do but couldn't. Our situation was complex yet Jack seemed to achieve what really seemed at times to be impossible.
