Sarah and Kevin offer you a warm welcome to the Letchworth Guest House. We know that time is precious, and our guests experience is our top priority. With our friendly and helpful approach, we make sure that our guests can relax and enjoy their time away from home. Situated across the road from our Guest House is Weymouth's beloved sandy beach.
Guests have a choice of our five rooms, four double rooms with en-suites (2 with sea view) and our mini-suite on our top floor which has a double bedroom, lounge area and a private bathroom. All of our rooms are bright and airy yet cosy and decorated with a similar seaside theme. All contain a selection of hot drinks, biscuits, toiletries and a hairdryer.
From the moment you arrive at our guest house, you will feel welcome. Sarah and Kevin will invite you in, show you around the house, and take you to your room. The beauty of our property combines the cosy rooms and personal touch to create the perfect overnight accommodation. We know that everyone has a different idea of the perfect breakfast.

Stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. lovely place to stay. Sarah & Kevin were absolutely fantastic, welcoming. Polite and on hand to help or answer questions, our room was beautiful , clean & tidy ,great choice of breakfast menu. And cooked to perfection.,beautiful view from our room and location is just perfect. . Many thanks to you both and see you next year. 👌

We had a lovely few days here. The location is great offering sea views and just a 10-minute walk into town. The room was clean, warm and comfortable, the breakfasts are great- I definitely recommend the full English - and most importantly, Sarah and Kevin are fantastic hosts. Thanks both and we look forward to returning.

Conveniently situated for both beach , shops & train station. Ivan a very satisfied customer after my recent stay at Letchworth Guest house. Bright & airy room with a window that opens to the fresh air outside. The little extras in room consisted of a tea towel, wine glasses, bottle opener & a mini fridge plus a fan should it be needed. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were varied & pleasantly different all cooked beautifully with added garnish on plate. Shall certainly stay there again in the future.
