We can install any make of boiler but we always recommend installing a Worcester Bosch boiler, as we believe they are the best domestic boiler on the market. We work with letting agents and private landlords to provide safe and well-maintained gas installations for their tenants.

Did you know boilers that are over 10 years old are inefficient and could be wasting your money? Not only that, they have a stronger effect on the environment as they produce more wasteful gases and only convert 60% of the gas they use into heat. Any new boiler that is installed has to be a condensing boiler, which converts a minimum of 90% of the gas used to heat, so you will see an increase of at least 30% on your boilers efficiency.
When we carry out a Gas Safety inspection; we include a boiler service as standard, this means our customers only need one visit when it comes to their boilers to ensure they are safe and working properly and maintaining any manufacturer warranty/ guarantee stipulations.
We can email directly, from site, a copy of the invoice for our work and a copy of the Gas Safety inspection record so there is no piece of paper that is either left with the tenant or sent in the post to maybe get lost or damaged.If we find any issues whilst on site our engineers call the office where the office staff can contact the landlord/ letting agent and advise them of the issue, along with a cost to carry out the repair.

I cant fault them. They have serviced my boiler a few times now, fixed parts that were broken and popped back to my house to show me something on the boiler when I wasn't sure.
The lady on the phone is always very friendly and cheery. The guys that they send out have always been timely, tidy and get the job done.
The price seems fine compared to others also.

Here4heat did a fantastic job replacing a central heating system that was quite literally twice my age. Their staff were extremely professional, punctual, polite, very friendly, and had all the time in the world for a plethora of questions from myself. Considering the amount of work required from them over four days, I also felt the quote was extremely reasonable as well. 5 stars.
