I carry our random spot checks at the domestic and commercial properties where my team of cleaners work. This helps to ensure that my staff maintain the very highest standards of cleaning, something that I pride my business on. All of my staff have a minimum 13 weeks training, accompanied by myself, to ensure they learn the high standards I expect from them.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
When asked why the cleaners left early every week and if I could either be credited the money or if they could just stay the agreed time I was told to find a new cleaners. Terrible quality cleaning. Terrible professionalism. A coffee stain stayed on a supposed mopped floor for 15 cleans!

Top to Bottom stepped in to clean my elderly dad's home as I live in Glasgow and he lives in Honiton and they have been exemplary. They are kind, caring, perceptive and warm as well as being excellent as a cleaning company. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty in looking after my Dad and his home and have given me great peace of mind as a result. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you to you all!
